Step-by-Step Procedure

Poorvakarma (Pre procedure)
Then patients pulse and blood pressure will be recorded.
• Posture of the patient for Shirodhara is supine position
Pradhan karma (Procedure)
• The selected liquid should be kept in the Dharapatra and poured continuously,
Paschat karma (Post procedure)
• Apply Rasnadi churna on vertex of head and advised patient to have a light diet.

Important Instructions

• The patient should avoid physical exertion and exposure to sun, wind, cold.
